Returns and Exchanges Policy

At CrossFitters, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have missing tags.

Return Shipping

• For size changes, style preferences, or change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, CrossFitters will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days.
